A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers, meaning any natural person acting for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession, have the right to withdraw from any contract under the following conditions:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract and after we have confirmed the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General Information

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components included. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

Please do not return goods freight collect.

Please note that the above recommendations are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Defective or Incorrect Goods

If the goods are defective or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund.

For returns related to defective or incorrect goods:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

  • Repairs, replacements, or refunds will be processed promptly once we receive the returned goods and verify the issue.
